The new three copolymerization of hydrophilic silicone oil LW-C330 is

the use of new quaternary ammonium salt synthesis three

copolymerization structure modified hydrophilic high softening agent.

LW-C330 has excellent stability in alkaline and high temperature

conditions, particularly suitable for use in cylinder. LW-C330 gives the

fabric more soft and silky and the feeling of fullness, and has good

hydrophilic properties of cotton fabrics treated with hydrophilic 2~3

seconds.

[Product feature]

pollution problems.

[Usage]

Padding process: the amount of 20~50g/L, 100 ℃ of pre drying,

shaping 150~180 ℃, 50 seconds.

Impregnation process: the amount of 2~5% (o.w.f), temperature 30~50,

time 20~30 minutes, dehydration, drying 100℃.

The user through the process please adjust the sample as appropriate.

Dilution method:

This product is highly concentrated, the use should be diluted first,

then it can be applied to general postprocessing on textiles, this

product can be diluted with cold water, according to the recommended

dilution ratio of silicone oil: water about =1:4,to join the weighing of

the silicone oil, and then put a small amount of water, and then open

the mixer, stirring edges will be half the water slowly into the pot of

materials, the blender running 10 minutes, then add the remaining

measurement of water content needed to, and stirred for about 10

minutes, can be obtained with a blue transparent to translucent

emulsion, stop stirring, filter material.
