[Usage]

padding process

Dosage 10~30 g/L, 100 ℃ preliminary drying, finalize the design

150~180 ℃, fifty seconds.

Impregnation process:

Dosage 1~3% (o.w.f), temperature 30~50℃, time 20~30 minutes,

dehydration, drying 100℃.

The specific process pleases users through the sample discretionary

adjustment. (According to the standard concentration meter)

Dilution method:This product is a high concentration products, when

using, should first dilution, then it can be applied to general

postprocessing on textiles,this product can be diluted with cold water,

it is suggested that dilution ratio by silicone oil: water =1:9, Using cold

water dilution, Add the weighed silicone oil, put a small amount of

water, and then open agitator, stirring the movie and half of the water

slowly pour into chemical material kettle, agitator running ten minutes,

then add the remaining measurement of water to the desired content,

stirring ten minutes or so, And then get the blue transparent to

translucent emulsion , stop stirring, filtration discharge.

This product at the time of dilution , Don't add all the water at once, it

needs to have a self emulsifying process ,so as to get qualified products .
