Wet friction fastness are often less than 3 level, where textile chemcials that are exported to Europe and America textile wet friction fastness requirements are above grade 3. So our company has specially developed this unique wet rubbing fastness improve agent LW-E961.

[Product properties]

Appearance: yellowish-brown liquid

Ionic nature: weak cation

pH Value: 5.5±1.0

Solubility: easily dispersed in any proportion of cold water

[Product features]

1.Won't destroy the dyed fabric fastness.

2.Used for cellulose fibre reactive dyeing fixation processing; improve

the wet rubbing fastness of the fabric 1-2 level;

3.Do not affect the sunlight

4.Resistance to washing.

5.Does not changed the treated fabric handle.

6.Does not contain the formaldehyde and APEO, environmentally

friendly products.

7.Direct diluted use; good stability, to overcome the floating oil

shortcoming.

[Usage]

According to the dye type, concentration, processed fabric types, form

different, usage is as follows:

1.Impregnation method

dosage：improver LW-E961：4~8％（o.w.f.）

Bath ratio：1：10~20

Process: after dyeing cloth (pH≤7) - dip (temperature: 25℃, time: 20 ~30 min) - drying (100 ~ 120℃)

2.Pad method

dosage：LW-E961：30~50g/L；

Process: after dyeing cloth (pH≤7) - two dip two rolling (temperature:

15 ~ 20℃, rolling over rate: 70 ~ 80%) - drying (100 ~ 120℃)

Good preparation of working liquid in 25℃ nearby translucent latex,

please immediately made good use of.
