Processing procedures: desizing, scouring and bleaching

[Usage]

1.Rope shaped Ding box equipment:

Formula:

Scouring penetrant: 2~4g/L: 1~2g/L; NaOH:15~30g/L;

chelating agent Dipping temperature: 60~80℃; rolling residual

rate: 100%; steam conditions: 100 ℃ processing 7~20 minutes

2.Cheese dyeing machine

Formula: scouring and penetrating agent: 0.5~1g/L; oxygen bleaching

stabilizer: 1~2g/L ; Chelating agent: 0.5~1g/L;

NaOH:1~2g/L; 27.5% hydrogen peroxide: 3~6g/L:

Bath ratio: 1:10; Bleaching time: 98℃ to 45 minutes.

3.Roll dyeing machine

Formula:

Scouring and penetrating agent: 2g/L; oxygen bleaching stabilizer:

3~5g/L;

Chelating agent: 0.5 g/L; NaOH:1~1.5g/L; 27.5%hydrogen peroxide:

4~10g/L
